The Innova Crysta has been a steady seller for Toyota, even after the launch of the Hycross back in 2022. The company’s trusty diesel MPV continues to be a favourite, not just for the fleet operators but also for private buyers. Here, we have the latest update on Innova Crysta's waiting period.

    1. Entry-level variants have a two-month waiting

According to the official notification from Toyota, the waiting period for the Crysta hovers around the  2-3 month mark, down from five months in July this year. While lower variants have a waiting period of two months, the mid-spec Innova Crysta GX+, launched in May this year, has a slightly higher waiting period of three months.

This variant, thanks to its added features such as a reverse camera, auto-fold mirrors, dash cam, diamond-cut alloy wheels, wooden panels, and premium fabric seats, has become popular with private buyers and fleet operators. The fully loaded Innova Crysta ZX also has a similar waiting period. Sources tell us that the popular MPV is also available in under a month at some outlets, depending on inventory.

The Innova Crysta only comes with a diesel-manual powertrain. It features a 150hp, 343Nm, 2.4-litre engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox, and is priced between Rs 19.99 lakh and Rs 26.55 lakh (ex-showroom). The Innova Crysta competes with smaller MPVs like the Ertiga, Kia Carens, and the Maruti XL6.
