TVS has announced an extension of service support for its customers. The free services that were supposed to be availed between March and April 2020, first saw an extension to June 2020, and it has now been further pushed to July 31. TVS two-wheelers with warranties expiring between these dates have also been extended to July 31, 2020.
The company has said that, “We are all in the midst of unprecedented times as we navigate the rapidly-evolving situation of COVID-19. We request our customers to take the necessary measures to safeguard themselves and their families against the spread of COVID-19 by maintaining social distancing.”
The Indian manufacturer restarted its production facilities Hosur, Mysuru and Nalagarh on May 6.
