In an effort to grow its presence in South America, TVS has announced the launch of its Apache RR 310, the Ntorq 125 and RTR 160 4V in Peru. The company, in partnership with its local distributor, Indian Motos, also announced the opening of a showroom in Lima, the capital city of Peru. The new facility will cater to sales, spares and services of motorcycles.
TVS has been in collaboration with Indian Motos for over six years, during which they have been able to establish a wide network of over 170 sales points in the country.
The brand’s flagship offering, the Apache RR 310, shares its engine with the BMW G 310 twins, but in a different state of tune. A product of TVS’ past experience in racing, it is also the manufacturer’s most track-oriented motorcycle. The new Ntorq 125 is the faster scooter in the TVS line-up and comes with a host of features such as Bluetooth connectivity, a digital display, and an in-built navigation system, to name a few. The TVS Apache RTR 160 has been a stepping stone into the Apache family since its launch, and the facelifted RTR 160 4V boasts of improved performance and all new styling, adding to the already successful formula.
TVS Motor Company’s portfolio in Peru also includes the TVS King, Apache RTR 180, Wego, Stryker and Apache RTR 200 4V.
