Bajaj Auto has announced that warranties and free service schedules on all Bajaj two-wheeler products have been further extended, in light of the current coronavirus crisis. Customers who own Bajaj two-wheelers and have either a warranty that expires or scheduled free services that fall between March 20 and May 31 can avail these services until July 31. The previous extension was valid till May 31.
The extension comes as a relief for many customers who've not got a chance to attend to their motorcycles due to the lockdown. As India eases out of the lockdown in a phased manner, and with the reopening of dealerships and service centres, motorcycle owners can finally avail warranty and service benefits.
Bajaj recently opened a number of its dealerships and workshops. With safety protocols and health measures in place, these facilities are gearing up for a new way of running businesses.
