    2014 Toyota Etios sedan and Liva hatchback launched
    Toyota has officially launched the 2014 Etios sedan and Etios Liva hatchback. The new 2014 Etios sedan continues to offer similar equipment as the 2013 car but adds dual tone interiors for the G and GD variants, which were earlier available only on GD (SP) and higher trims.
     
    The 2014 Etios Liva diesel gets two new trim levels, namely VD and VD (SP), which sit above the GD variant and get additional equipment such as front fog lamps, chrome grille, rear wiper and washer, 12-spoke alloy wheels, chrome garnish on rear hatch lid and turn indicators on wing mirrors.
     
    The interiors of the 2014 Etios Liva VD and VD (SP) get a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a tachometer, and chrome gear knob, dual-tone interiors, wood finish on door handles, a rear defogger and an audio system with Bluetooth compatibility. The new Etios Liva VD-SP gets steering mounted audio controls and dual airbags.
     
    Toyota has also updated the now mid-spec Etios Liva G petrol and GD diesel which now get dual tone interiors. The dual tone interiors were earlier standard only on G (SP) petrol and GD (SP) diesel trims.
     
    The 2014 Toyota Etios sedan is priced from Rs 5.53 lakh to Rs 7.23 lakh for the petrol variant while the Etios diesel price starts from Rs 6.82 lakh to Rs 8.30 lakh.
     
    The 2014 Toyota Etios Liva hatchback is priced from Rs 4.53 lakh to Rs 6.82 lakh for the petrol model while the Etios Liva diesel retails from Rs 5.92 lakh to Rs 7.12 lakh.
