BMW Group India has announced the introduction of new Retail.NEXT dealerships in India, with the first outlet opening in Gurugram. The Retail.NEXT dealerships will house BMW, Mini as well as BMW Motorrad products under one roof. BMW aims to upgrade all its existing dealerships across the country to Retail.NEXT in the next three years.
- Single entry point for sales and service
- Outlets will also have DC fast chargers
BMW Retail.NEXT aims to cater to all kinds of customers for their varying sales and service needs. These dealerships include open spaces with minimalist design elements, digital interfaces for buyers to customise and explore vehicle's features, receive tailored recommendations, exclusive areas for private consultations and a dedicated vehicle handover lounge.
Along with BMW and Mini cars and BMW Motorrad two-wheelers, the Retail.NEXT dealerships will also have pre-owned BMW Premium Selection (BPS) cars present on the same flooring without separation. There will also be a single entry for sales and service, thereby making it easier to navigate.
Other highlights include a bar and lounge area, strategically positioned customer consultation stages, a welcome stand instead of a reception area to remove the barrier between buyers and staff, and seating close to cars. Moreover, the BMW Retail.NEXT outlets will also have DC fast chargers installed for EV owners.
