Suzuki has launched new SP editions of its Gixxer and Gixxer SF motorcycles at Rs 80,726 and Rs 88,857 respectively (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

Both the special-edition models come with refreshed livery including race flags, SP logo decals, Gixxer SP emblem, red pinstripes, and two-tone red and black seats. The motorcycles are available in two colour options, Matt Fibroin Grey and Glass Sparkle Black (AR4).

Mechanically, both bikes continue to be powered by the 154.9cc, single-cylinder, carburetted engine making 14.8hp at 8,000rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, that is mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

The Gixxer SP and Gixxer SF SP are expected to be produced in limited numbers.

Additionally, Suzuki has also announced that the fuel-injected variant of the Gixxer SF, which was unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Gixxer SF-Fi, has been launched in select cities and dealerships in the MotoGP edition colour.
