    Jeep Compass

Save up to Rs 3.15 lakh

Jeep India is offering benefits of up to Rs 3.15 lakh on the Compass. These include cash discounts to the tune of Rs 2.5 lakh. Priced between Rs 18.99 lakh and Rs 28.33 lakh, the Compass only comes with a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine that has manual and automatic transmission options. Only the top-spec Model S variants get a 4x4 option. Jeep’s most affordable SUV in India rivals the likes of the Tata Harrier and Mahindra XUV700.

    Volkswagen Taigun

Save up to Rs 3.07 lakh

Depending on the variant, there are up to Rs 3.07 lakh worth of benefits to be availed of on the Volkswagen Taigun. The maximum discount is on the unsold inventory of the MY2023 Taigun 1.5 GT. The MY2024 Taiguns with the 1.0-litre engine get between Rs 60,000 and Rs 1.25 lakh off. The Taigun costs Rs 11.70-20 lakh and competes with models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Toyota Hyryder, Maruti Grand Vitara, and the recently launched Tata Curvv and Citroen Basalt.

    Mahindra XUV400

Save up to Rs 3 lakh

Mahindra’s only EV on sale right now, the XUV400, is priced between Rs 16.74 lakh and 17.49 lakh. Dealers are offering up to Rs 3 lakh in benefits on the top-spec EL Pro variant with the larger 39.4kWh battery (456km MIDC range) and faster 7.2kW charger. The same EL Pro variant is also available with a 34.5kWh battery, though, with slightly lower discounts. Mahindra’s EV directly rivals the Tata Nexon EV, but it will also see competition from the MG Windsor, slated for a September 11 launch.

    Jeep Meridian

Save up to Rs 2.8 lakh

Jeep Meridian is available with cash discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh, with overall benefits amounting to Rs 2.8 lakh. Priced from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 37.14 lakh, the seven-seat SUV rivals the Skoda Kodiaq in the Indian market. The Meridian shares its powertrain with the Compass.

    Tata Safari

Save up to Rs 1.65 lakh

The discounts on MY2024 Tata Safaris range between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1.4 lakh, and there’s an additional Rs 25,000 cash discount on the MY2023 versions. The benefits are highest on the mid-spec Pure + S and Pure + S Dark variants and the lowest on the top-spec ones. Tata Safari is priced in the Rs 15.49 lakh to Rs 27.34 lakh range, and its rivals include the Mahindra XUV700 and MG Hector Plus. Like the Harrier, it has a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine that comes with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter auto.

    Tata Harrier

Save up to Rs 1.45 lakh

Essentially a 5-seat version of the Safari, the Harrier is available at discounts of up to Rs 1.20 lakh, with MY2023 units getting an additional Rs 25,000 off. As with the Safari, the mid-spec Harrier variants are offering the highest savings. The discounts on the lower and top-spec variants are up to Rs 70,000 and Rs 50,000, respectively. With prices ranging between Rs 14.99 lakh and Rs 26.44 lakh, the Harrier rivals the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector and the Jeep Compass.

    Kia Seltos

Save up to Rs 1.3 lakh

Kia’s answer to the Tata Curvv, Hyundai Creta and Skoda Kushaq, the Seltos is being sold with up to Rs 1.3 lakh worth of benefits, which include a cash discount, an exchange bonus and an accessories package. The amount of savings would depend on the variant. The Seltos has three engine options – a 1.5-litre NA petrol, a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol – with the NA petrol getting manual and CVT options, the turbo-petrol getting iMT and dual-clutch auto options, and the diesel having manual, iMT and torque convertor auto options. The Seltos range is priced from Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20.37 lakh.

    Maruti Grand Vitara

Save up to Rs 1.28 lakh

Discounts on the Grand Vitara line-up remain the same as last month. The maximum discount on the mild-hybrid line-up and the CNG variants – which cost Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 17.01 lakh – is Rs 73,100 and Rs 33,100, respectively. Both come with a 1.5-litre engine, which makes 103hp on petrol and 88hp on CNG. Petrol variants get a 6-speed automatic option and choice of AWD in manual form. The CNG cars get a manual gearbox as standard.

    Hyundai Alcazar

    Save up to Rs 90,000

Bookings for the Alcazar facelift have commenced, and this is one of the reasons why the outgoing model is being sold at up to Rs 90,000 off. This discount is applicable on the 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with manual and dual-clutch automatic options and the 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel with manual and torque converter options. The Alcazar is Hyundai’s rival to the Tata Safari and Mahindra XUV700.

    Honda Elevate

    Save up to Rs 75,000

The Honda Elevate comes with benefits of up to Rs 75,000, depending on the variant. The Elevate SUVs made after April are available with benefits worth Rs 65,000. Honda’s midsize SUV takes on the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos and is priced between Rs 11.91 lakh and Rs 16.51 lakh.
