2018 Mahindra TUV300 Plus price, variants explained

    Launched at Rs 9.47 lakh, the new TUV300 Plus is available in three trims and a single powertrain.

    Mahindra has officially brought out the elongated, nine-seat version of the TUV300 in three variants – P4, P6 and P8 – priced between Rs 9.47 lakh and Rs 10.86 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). All three are powered by the 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine called the mHawk D120, which, as the name implies, makes 120hp and 280Nm of torque. The motor, which gets micro hybrid technology, is mated to a six-speed manual as standard that sends power to the rear wheels. Here is what you get with each trim of the TUV300 Plus:

    TUV300 Plus P8 (Rs 10.86 lakh)

    • Chrome on grille and fog lamp surround
    • 16-inch alloy wheels
    • Blacked out pillars
    • Faux leather upholstery
    • Silver garnish on the AC vents and inside door handles
    • 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation
    • Four speakers and two tweeters
