    Renault India has launched a new ‘Night & Day’ special edition for its entire range, which comprises Kwid, Triber and Kiger. The limited-edition variants have visual enhancements and some additional features over their corresponding standard trims. Bookings for the Renault Night & Day edition cars will commence at authorised dealerships on September 17.

    Renault Kiger, Kwid, Triber Night & Day edition: what’s new?

    Based on the RXL variants of Triber, Kiger and RXL (O) variant on Kwid, the Night & Day edition cars get an exclusive dual-tone Pearl White colour scheme with black roof and A-pillars. Other changes include piano black wheel covers, grille inserts, badging, ORVMs (Kiger and Triber) and black tailgate garnish on the Kiger. 

    Only 1,600 units of this limited edition version will be available for all three models combined.

    The Kiger and Triber Night & Day editions get a 9-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone replication and a rear-view camera. In addition, the Triber Night & Day adds rear power windows.
     
    The Kwid Night & Day edition is priced the same as the RXL (O) variant it is based on. The Kiger Night & Day edition costs Rs 15,000 extra over the corresponding RXL trim, while the Triber Night & Day edition is available at a Rs 20,000 premium over the RXL variant.

    Renault has made no mechanical changes to any of the cars. The Kwid uses a 68hp, 1.0-litre NA petrol engine, which comes with manual and AMT gearbox options. The Triber has a 72hp, 1.0-litre NA petrol paired with a manual or AMT gearbox. The Kiger offers two engine options: the 72hp, 1.0-litre petrol mill from the Triber with MT or AMT gearbox and a 100hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit with a 5-speed manual and an optional CVT.
