Mahindra extensively updated the XUV400 in 2024 to make it more appealing than before. Besides an all-new dashboard and a longer feature list that lift its appeal, the XUV400 carries forward its comfortable seats and spacious cabin. Boot space however isn’t its strong suit. Motor performance is strong, and real-world range is respectable too. Its suspension is tuned for comfort, and its low speed ride quality is quite impressive. It isn’t as futuristic or as techy as the Tata Nexon EV, but it is certainly worth a consideration.
