BMW Motorrad has dropped yet another teaser of its upcoming supersport motorcycle, the G 310 RR, on its Instagram page. This new video reveals a few more details of BMW’s TVS Apache RR310 equivalent ahead of its launch next month.

Firstly, the teaser video confirms that adjustable front suspension won’t be a standard fit on the BMW G 310 RR, as it shows the top of the fork tubes without any adjusters. Much like the Apache RR310, BMW is expected to offer adjustable front suspension as an optional extra with the G 310 RR.

The video also reveals the upcoming motorcycle’s instrument cluster. The BMW G 310 RR will get the same vertically-oriented TFT display as seen on the RR310, but likely with different graphics. The teaser also confirms that the G 310 RR’s chassis will be finished in red colour, at least for the white body paint option.

The BMW G 310 RR is scheduled to launch on July 15 and the company has already begun accepting bookings. To differentiate it from the TVS Apache RR310, the BMW G 310 RR is expected to receive some styling tweaks. Two colour schemes are expected – an all-black option and a traditional BMW HP-liveried one with red and blue accents over a white base.

The G 310 RR will be powered by the same engine as the Apache RR310 and is expected to be carried over in the same state of tune. The 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine puts out 34hp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm of torque at 7,700rpm in the Apache RR310.
