Hero has launched the Xtreme 200S 4V at Rs 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), and it gets mechanical updates as well as new paint schemes. With the launch of the Xtreme 200S 4V, Hero’s entire 200cc line-up is now available with the peppier and more refined 4–valve mill.

2023 Hero Xtreme 200S 4V: what does it get?
The highlight of the Xtreme 200S 4V is its new 199.6cc, single-cylinder, four-valve, oil-cooled engine that produces 19.1hp and 17.35Nm of torque. In comparison, the Xtreme 200S 2V produces 18.08hp and 16.45Nm of torque. Hero mentions that it has also updated the gear ratios of the 200S 4V for better acceleration.
The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V gets connectivity features, smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and a Bluetooth-enabled LCD display with call and notification alerts. The 4V also gets a split clip-on handlebars as well as LED headlights. Cosmetically, the new 200S 4V looks largely similar to the 200S 2V save for three new paint schemes – Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic and Matt Axis Gray Metallic.
2023 Hero Xtreme 200S 4V price, rivals
The new Xtreme 200S 4V is priced at Rs 1.41 lakh, while the 200S 2V is priced at Rs 1.36 lakh. At this price, the Xtreme 200S 4V is Rs 6,000 and Rs 9,000 less expensive than the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V (Rs 1.47 lakh) and Bajaj Pulsar F250 (Rs 1.50 lakh), respectively. However, it costs Rs 3,000 more than the Bajaj Pulsar 220F (Rs 1.38 lakh).
