Maruti Suzuki has updated the Brezza compact SUV with a couple of nifty new features. The Maruti Brezza now gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with turn-by-turn navigation for both the head-up display and the MID in the instrument cluster.

2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza: new features added
The wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto feature will only be available on the top-spec trim of the Brezza – ZXi+ – which comes equipped with the larger 9.0-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system. The turn-by-turn navigation feature for the head-up display and MID has also been made available only on the aforementioned trim.
Interestingly, these features will be installed either as OTA updates through the smartphone, or can be downloaded from the website. Therefore, these features will not only be available to new buyers, but existing owners of the Brezza as well.
Maruti Suzuki also revealed that the new Brezza has amassed over 1.90 lakh bookings since its launch. Moreover, these updates on the Brezza have been made available at no additional cost.
Maruti Suzuki Brezza: a quick recap
The Brezza is offered in four trims: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. The compact SUV is powered by Maruti's 1.5-litre, K15C, four-cylinder engine that comes paired to a 48V mild-hybrid system. The engine produces 103hp and 137Nm and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. A six-speed automatic with paddle shifters is also on offer on all trims except the base LXi.
The Brezza rivals the likes of the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet and Mahindra XUV300 in the compact SUV segment. Prices for the Brezza currently range between Rs 7.99 lakh-13.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
