    New Hyundai i20 facelift price, variants explained

    Hyundai has launched the facelift to its i20 hatchback at the 2018 Auto Expo, in Delhi. Apart from minor cosmetic changes to the exterior, the new version also gets additional kit on the inside.

    The facelift will continue to carry the powertrain options from the previous-gen i20, however, an all new CVT transmission will be mated to the 1.2-litre Kappa engine. This is a replacement, of sorts, for the earlier car's 1.4-litre petrol engine with the four-speed torque convertor.

    The new i20 offers five variants – the Era, Magna Executive, Sports, Asta and the top of the line Asta (O). Below is the equipment and safety that is on offer in each variant.
