2017 Suzuki Hayabusa launched at Rs 13.88 lakh

In March 2016, Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SIMPL) started sales of the GSX1300R Hayabusa in India as a CKD, and has seen a 100 percent growth in sales of this model. Now, the bike maker has just launched the 2017 version of the Hayabusa, which will be available in three colour combinations.

The Hayabusa makes its way to India via a CKD (Complete Knock Down) route, and is assembled at SIMPL's factory in Gurgaon. Due to the steady growth in sales, there has been a long waiting period for the Hayabusa in India. The company says it is currently working on reducing this period.

The new 2017 Hayabusa will be available in the new colour schemes, namely Glass Sparkle Black / Pearl Glacier White (AGT), Pearl Vigor Blue / Glass Sparkle Black (BBD) and Glass Sparkle Black (YVB). Since it has been brought into India as a CKD unit, the Hayabusa is available across Suzuki Big Bike Dealerships at a highly competitive price of Rs 13.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
